RETURNS & EXCHANGES We use standard EUR sizes to help you pick the perfect size. However if you still want to swap your pairs for another size then you may return them at JUTTILAND, Bani Israil, Near State Bank Of India, Jhajhar road Jewar G.B.nagar, Uttar Pradesh 203135 India within 30 Days in its original box packing and the invoice. Please mention your desired exchange piece along with the size on the invoice as well. You may also mail us on buisness.juttiland@gmail.com for the same. We do not entertain refund & cancellation requests.

The Pairs can be exchanged for another size of the same style only. In case your desired size is unavailable with us, you could then exchange it for another style of the similar value.

Pairs bought on SALE price will not be exchanged or returned.

We do not entertain refunds & exchanges on International orders.

Please Note- During festivals, Pandemics or adverse weather conditions your shipment could get delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time.

SHIPPING POLICY
We have FREE shipping within India on prepaid orders. Once you place an order your pairs would be shipped within the stipulated time period mentioned besides each style. Though we use some of India's largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to do our best to find an alternative solution to make your order reach you. Please Note- During festivals, adverse weather conditions or PANDEMICS, your shipment could get further delayed. We ensure you that we will try our best to have your parcel delivered to you in good time.

IMPORTANT for International Orders: Orders with more than 1 item will be packed in a large box instead of individual boxes.
